We had such a blast at Lake Powell. Myca and I have been great friends for years, and her husband, Jared, is a kick in the pants. It is such a treat when we get to spend some time with these guys! (They live in Boise, ID) We carpooled down together from Boise with their son, Boston, (We logged a total of 2400 miles this trip!) and the 10 hours there and back were filled with a lot of catching-up, fun, and Boston's complete Spanish-English vocabulary. (Nick and I are still walking around our house saying "Boston quotes") And I can't go without saying a HUGE thanks to Myca's parents for inviting us on the trip- such great people who have always treated me like family from day one. Like I said- great vacation!
